★★★★★After being recommended to me by my good friend who did business with them, and after reading online reviews, I decided to go with Importautos.nl to get my new car from Germany. The first contact via email and phone was unsuccessful, as I did not get any response from them in 5 days. I had to come in person for them to even recognize that someone was trying to do business with them.
After my first car did not match their import offers, I soon found another car. I had a planned business trip abroad for 3 weeks, so I thought I would leave everything to them with all the information about what I wanted, how I wanted it, and the contact information for the dealership. I told them they could contact me anytime, but I could not come personally anymore.
For the first 2 weeks, I was shuffled around between 3 salespersons. Every time, someone else responded to my emails, which was once a week at most, even after I sent several emails asking for updates. No one seemed to know what the others were doing (probably nothing) or who I was. Ridiculous.
But since I was away, I tried to hold on and push through. The trip flew by in the blink of an eye, and here I am, more than a month later, and I still do not have the car or any response from them. I wasted my time and money, as the buyer for my current car already walked away.
I can tolerate a lot — being on vacation, sickness, or being extremely busy — but lack of effort, communication, and professionalism for a potential customer is unacceptable.
I will not come back and will tell the same to everyone who ask me about this company.☆ Behulpzaam (0)⚐ Rapporteer
